Ocean View 2-Bedroom Accommodation at Oceans Umhlanga

Positive: The view was excellent perfect location Negative: We asked about the air con the lady said she would get back to us and didn't then on the day of departure at exactly 10:00 the cleaning lady just opens the door I believe she was supposed to knock 1st, its not that we were ready but we were gathering our stuff to leave its a bit rude

It was comfortable comvinience staff was great including the security, location perfect. Positive: I would like or appreciate if/when my deposit to be processed and refunded on time. Negative: Shower in the main bedroom ddnt look anything luxury, we can’t have plastic cover for the shower. - After shower the water drip all over the floor. -lastly provide us with proper toilet papers. Those cheap toilet paper are not comfortable and dnt speak to the money we paid

It’s was a beautiful stay for my family and I. Positive: It’s was beautifully furnished and had thee most beautiful sea view. Negative: Nothing at all.. every issue was addressed swiftly without any hustles.

Good but only if the WiFi could work Positive: The calmness, the peacefulness Negative: The WiFi does not reach the master bedroom and not having DSTV
