The Sails 3-Bedroom Sea View Accommodation

Terrible Positive: Nothing Negative: 3 hours before we had to check in the property sent a message saying they had to cancel our stay because of a water and electricity problem in the unit. In the message they said they will help us and pay any additional costs when booking new accommodation. Since that message they haven’t responded to any other messages or calls. We were stranded and had to get last minute accommodation without any help or communication from them. We had to pay again (money which we did not have) and till this day no communication, no reimbursement nothing. Do not ever book this unit!

Otherwise the apartment was nice and Neat Positive: The location was great ,It was so easy to walk to Ushaka marine and Habour Negative: Throughout my stay I struggled getting access to WiFi and since I asked for it they promised that they working on it until I left the premises there was still no luck. Asked if I get access to get On DStv using my credentials and remove the account of the previous visitor they couldn’t.They didn’t assist at all. Not everyone is a Netflix person

Beautiful location & amazing apartment. Enjoyed our 2 months stay.
