Positive: The location Negative: The sofa has a very unpleasant smell that needs urgent attention. It is quite strong and could make someone feel unwell. It seems as though it may have been used for sleeping and possibly soiled, which is causing the odour. 😫😒

The host is only interested in making a quick buck and does not know how to run a good host home. Positive: The location and overall appearance and upkeep, security and oservice staff was good. Very and helpful. Negative: The unit had only one large plate, which indicated to me that it was either not checked before being let out or had not been checked/cleaned in a few days. There was not enough crockery or cutlery, e.g. no spatula. No cleaning products were provided for a 4-night stay. A service fee of R450 for a one-bedroom apartment is excessive. The neighbour’s outside door bangs throughout the night as it is tied with a belt. Although the unit was mostly clean, I wiped the TV stand and removed black dust. The aircon unit filter in the lounge is filthy. The shower floor needs a proper hygienic cleaning. The balcony chairs are broken, so having breakfast and relaxing on the veranda in the beautiful weather was not possible. There is not a single TV/movie station available as a guest service. Why are you collecting a R2000 security deposit when it should be covered in the rental? Not even air freshener is provided — nothing feels fresh or welcoming. There was not even a note, chocolate, or piece of fruit — just rules and regulations with zero customer service. Only Nosiepho, the Sails security staff, and the cleaners were excellent.

Negative: They gave me a non working access code.Ignored my messages and only answered when I called them.Removed me from their group knowing very well that I didn’t occupy their place

Excellent Positive: It was very spacious and spotless Negative: Blinds are revealing, any passing person can see through the window especially at night

Fair Positive: I liked the privacy and the place is near lot of places to visit like the beach,uShaka Marine and some places to eat all this places are a walking distance. The location it's clear and the safety it's top notch every corner there is a security they were even assisting us with some locations around. Negative: There were no clean towels, we found out late that you have to ask for clean towels even though you didn't request service cleaning. The curtains were see through in day and night and then the securities when doing their roving at night they stand in the balcon near the windows I felt no privacy there😑
