Fair Positive: I liked the privacy and the place is near lot of places to visit like the beach,uShaka Marine and some places to eat all this places are a walking distance. The location it's clear and the safety it's top notch every corner there is a security they were even assisting us with some locations around. Negative: There were no clean towels, we found out late that you have to ask for clean towels even though you didn't request service cleaning. The curtains were see through in day and night and then the securities when doing their roving at night they stand in the balcon near the windows I felt no privacy there😑

The Sails G710 Positive: The view Negative: Extremely disappointed with my stay at The Sails G710 and I would not recommend this apartment. The listing advertised a gas braai, which was one of the main reasons I booked. When I arrived, I was told it had been removed and they “forgot” to mention it. That is misleading advertising. They then promised an alternative solution but completely ignored my message afterwards and never got back to me. Cleanliness was also a major issue — the bedroom sheets had bad stains, clearly not properly cleaned before check-in. This is unacceptable and raises hygiene concerns. The apartment was also poorly equipped: we were only given two glasses (one wine glass and one normal drinking glass), which is ridiculous for an apartment stay. To make things worse, the bathroom tap runs extremely slowly, which just added to the frustration. Overall, this place did not meet basic hospitality standards. Poor communication, poor cleanliness, and not as advertised.
