Pleasant stay and excellent location at a decent price. Positive: Excellent location next to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Has most of the basics needed for a self-catering unit e.g. coffee machine, complementary tea and sugar, soap and shampoo, Netflix. Good and prompt communication by the managing agents. Spacious 1 bedroom unit with room to breathe. Serviced unit, giving good value for money. Negative: Selection of the appliances does not give premium feel often associated with Oceans. A bit uncomfortable- couch and bed hard. Pillows need replacement and pillow cases aged and need replacement. Connectivity poor at times, even on WiFi.

Better than I thought really, would recommend staying there again. Positive: The place was in good condition and location was amazing Negative: The initial contact person was not always available on the phone, he seemed busy with other guests I guess, but the lady who took over while we stayed there Tshidi i think, was very great at responding.
