Unpleasant
Negative: The management company were preoccupied sending communication to collect the security deposit and have me register on an unnecessarily fussy system and then continued to send reminders after I had successfully registered. Information provided about the internet was incorrect resulting in a failure to provide the service for the first 12 hours. No plug in the kinpleasantchen sink and no hot water in the kitchen. Lots of instruction delivered to make the property management job easier but not the same interest in the guest experience.
