Positive: I liked the apartment it looked exactly like in the pictures. Has full set for self-catering. Staff was very helpful.

Great location and decent units. Would consider staying there again now that I have a better understanding.

Negative: There’s a lot of cockroaches.
There seemed to be hairs on the floor from previous guests.
Communication was not the greatest. Even when you try calling the phones go unanswered. It’s frustrating for people travelling from afar and not familiar with the place and how it operates. It would be great if they can support guests more and give as much information as possible before hand.
