Negative: Balcony was dirty ,Wi-Fi was not working,checking in is a struglle ,my security fee was said to be refunded because there was no damage but even today They never refunded me all in all I can say I have been scamed😭😭

Positive: The location was good.
Negative: The property is not well maintained and the cleaning of the kitchen and other areas requires attention. The check in process was a nightmare. Very cumbersome.

Positive: I absolutely loved my stay at The sails. It was very clean and comfortable. The host and staff are very accommodating, helpful and friendly. The apartment is spacious and homely. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone that is looking for a great getaway at an affordable rate. 10/10 from my family and I.

Bad not happy actually kak
Positive: The bath tub only
Negative: Checking was kak, windows in the main bedroom dont close ,bin was dirty and the zinc has stains ,too many cockroaches,balcony was dirty furniture is old what you see is not what you get

Enjoyed my stay
Positive: Easy to find, security was very friendly and welcoming.
Negative: Plumbing needs maintenance, balcony needs cleaning, refrigerator needs to be changed. Downstairs shower handle needs fixing, one glove in the dining area needs replacing. Linen must be checked before guests check in. Otherwise the place is lovely just minor maintenance issues
