Negative: 10 days to refund the breakage deposit is utterly ridiculous

The place is but the fact stated above is concerning Positive: Location is very good and it’s clean Negative: What I did not like was the fact they didn’t point out clearly that I will be charged a deposit before I decide to make a decision to book. This was only communicated with me after I had paid the money that was on the advertised. Worse of all the refund was due after checking out but up until now (21 June 2026) the said hasn’t been effected. Do I have to chase now?

Check-in was straightforward and the unit had the basic amenities needed for a short stay. The building felt secure and the overall presentation of the apartment was good on arrival. Negative: The biggest issue was cleanliness and pest control. There were small cockroaches throughout the apartment, particularly at night, and some were found inside the refrigerator. While the apartment appeared clean on the surface, there were several areas that had clearly not been cleaned properly, including under the soap holder and behind counters where dirt and grime had accumulated. It was also inconvenient that security needed to manually open the gate for residents to enter and exit after check-in. Additionally, basic essentials such as coffee and dishwashing liquid were not provided, requiring us to purchase them ourselves.
