Modern Studio Apartment in Umhlanga Ridge

Positive: The location Negative: My complaint is specifically about the fact that the window has only one curtain panel, which does not cover the entire window. As a result, the curtain cannot properly block the early morning sunlight or provide adequate privacy. This morning I was awakened at approximately 06:30 by the sunlight coming through the uncovered portion of the window.

Constructive criticism Positive: Location and vibe Easy access to and from the place Negative: No aircon unit No upfront payment (deposit should be specific before booking)

Negative: - The bed was uncomfortable, but the mattress got replaced the day before our departure - No mattress protector - No aircon - Bedding/pillows/rug full of irritating fluff that sticks to all clothes (maybe because it was not washed before using?) - Curtains were stained with black spots (mildew/mold), but washed/replaced after a day or two - Not enough kitchen utensils - Unpleasant smell of a combination of smoke and dampness in the unit that doesn't go away

Positive: It close to amenities, mall,beach Negative: The wifi is on and off which make it difficult to watch anything The bed is not comfortable, it need to be changed The need to make sure there is units because first night we bath with cold water I was not told that they is 2000 deposit to pay before you check in and it was struggle to get it back having to wait 3 weeks

Positive: It was peacefull and relaxing
