Cozy Studio Apartment in uMhlanga Ridge

Positive: It close to amenities, mall,beach Negative: The wifi is on and off which make it difficult to watch anything The bed is not comfortable, it need to be changed The need to make sure there is units because first night we bath with cold water I was not told that they is 2000 deposit to pay before you check in and it was struggle to get it back having to wait 3 weeks

Positive: It was peacefull and relaxing

Totally amazing Positive: The location is exceptional Negative: The only issue was the wifi. We kept loosing signal

Great stay. Positive: It is safe, close to shops and Gateway mall. I love it. Negative: There’s no air conditioning but when you open the sliding door it becomes better. Still could use some AC. The smoking area is outside the building which is such an inconvenience when you already have a balcony that can be used for such. There’s also few roaches but they did not cause much burden. I bit of pest control would do best.

Negative: I was told a security deposit of R2000 which is basically double the rate I paid for the accommodation. This made no sense plus I was informed of this deposit 24 hours before my check in. This is unacceptable and cannot be the norm, granted the fact that I had booked almost 3 weeks ago and completed all the pre check in requirements. Lastly, I was expected to add my card details to a link that looked very suspicious & not related to booking.com at all. This raises alarms bells & its potential scam.
