Positive: The location Negative: The listing used to book the apartment was not a true reflection of what was provided. At no point during the booking process was it indicated that the apartment did not have air conditioning. Only one hour before my arrival was I sent a note stating what was not included in the apartment. This information should have been clearly disclosed upfront. The single fan provided was extremely weak and did not adequately compensate for the absence of air conditioning. Additionally, the bedding and towels supplied were extremely filthy. Please refer to the attached photographs as evidence. This level of cleanliness is unacceptable and far below reasonable hospitality standards. On Friday evening, I attended a function and discovered there was no hair dryer in the apartment. I contacted Zaynab for assistance, but she was unable to resolve the issue. As a result, I was forced to visit a salon at my own expense and inconvenience. I had to rush during peak hours to find assistance in time for my event, which caused unnecessary stress and additional cost. Throughout my stay, the Wi-Fi connection dropped constantly, making it unreliable. Furthermore, the television remote control appeared to have failing batteries, as it was difficult to operate and added to the overall frustration. The overall service was highly unsatisfactory and extremely disappointing. The condition of the apartment, lack of transparency, poor amenities, and lack of effective assistance did not justify the amount paid. This experience fell far below expectations and cannot be considered value for money. I am deeply disappointed with the service received and will not be recommending this property to anyone. I trust that this matter will be taken seriously and addressed appropriately.
