Cozy Studio Apartment in uMhlanga Ridge

Great stay. Positive: It is safe, close to shops and Gateway mall. I love it. Negative: There’s no air conditioning but when you open the sliding door it becomes better. Still could use some AC. The smoking area is outside the building which is such an inconvenience when you already have a balcony that can be used for such. There’s also few roaches but they did not cause much burden. I bit of pest control would do best.

Negative: I was told a security deposit of R2000 which is basically double the rate I paid for the accommodation. This made no sense plus I was informed of this deposit 24 hours before my check in. This is unacceptable and cannot be the norm, granted the fact that I had booked almost 3 weeks ago and completed all the pre check in requirements. Lastly, I was expected to add my card details to a link that looked very suspicious & not related to booking.com at all. This raises alarms bells & its potential scam.

Positive: Location was very good.. The appartment is clean.. safetyness is number 1.. Negative: The bed guys! Yhoo they are not comfortable especially the pillows are very had! The bed in 520 is very small… So can you please have bigger bed in 520 and also the pillows are lil bit hard i woke up have a painful neck due to hardness of the pillows. I paid for cleaning but we stayed for 3 days no cleaner came

It was the best, definitely booking this place again.. location is great, close to Gateway Positive: Everything except the wifi, it was on and off.. made it hard to watch anything on Netflix Negative: The on and off wifi.. also the water on the last day was hot and cold while taking a shower

I had fun, beautiful place to be at, closer to Mhlanga Rocks, plenty of restaurants there, also saw Oceans Mall for the Positive: The views were beautiful, it was such a nice place to be at. Negative: The WIFI was absolutely horrendous during our stay, that was the only downside about the stay. It was really frustrating I don’t wanna lie.
