Positive: Location, convenience Negative: The hosts were not immediately available to assist at check-in. They also did not have a clue of which phase the property is. Parking could be better explained, if it wasn't for the guards we would have been clamped. Current construction is contributes to significant noise if the doors are open

Positive: Clean and spacious with good parking Negative: Could do with less inverter and more heart. Cold reception and experience. Asked for an hour late checkout and was told to pay for a full night even though apartment was not booked the next day. Some owners don't understand what the HOSPITALITY in hospitality industry means.

Our stay was wonderful besides the fridge not being there for us in time of need but overall, our stay was wonderful Positive: The fact that it was just a walking distance to oceans mall was the cherry on top! Beautiful property with a safe environment Negative: I didn’t like that our fridge couldn’t be used to its full capacity as the freezer was frozen wherein the drawers couldn’t be used. Regardless of us reporting it, they just ignored us which then costed us a fortune because we had to buy as we cook.
