Its a lovely space for people who dont like noise. Positive: Spacious, great atmosphere, safe and peaceful. Negative: The security was a bit too tied😅

No pricing transparency - Bad rental agency Positive: Location Negative: No transparency in pricing. I have booked self catering for years and every rental agency cleans the unit. However, this agency decides to charge for everything: 1) Clean and towel change - R800, 2) Clean, linen and towel change - R1050 3) Late checkout - full day charge, otherwise you locked out. We had to buy everything from detergents, soaps, dishcloths and dustbin bags. A deposit of R2000 but will only be returned 7-10 days, whilst payment is required immediately.

Positive: Place well furnished and excellent

Great apartment in a good location. However, limited cleaning supplies provided Positive: Spacious main bedroom. Lovely kitchen and balcony. Sound proof windows. Negative: Only one dishwashing capsule, one laundry capsule, one trash bag, and one roll of toilet paper were provided per bathroom. Given the number of guests and nights stayed, supplying a few extra of each wouldn't cost much.

Positive: Location, convenience Negative: The hosts were not immediately available to assist at check-in. They also did not have a clue of which phase the property is. Parking could be better explained, if it wasn't for the guards we would have been clamped. Current construction is contributes to significant noise if the doors are open
