The state of the apartment made it a negative experience. Positive: Beautiful apartment in an amazing location and views! Close to everything we needed. Negative: the cleaning was far below standard and shocking in some areas! Not managed well. We had to request for a cleaner to come and clean the apartment as soon as we arrived. Kitchen air fryer was dirty with food from a previously cooked meal. The cooker hob was covered in grease, looked like someone had made breakfast in the morning and no-one came to clean before we checked in!

Positive: The interior of this place is beautiful Negative: The property or agents managing the place has scammed me of my deposit claiming that their bedsheets were stained ( Makeup and hair oil could not be removed from a wash.) The report is only sent today when I asked about the refundable deposit that was said to take 7-10 days after the stay. They claim that a king sized linen needs to be replaced on a double bed. I have attached pictures of the bed and the stains that they said we supposedly left

Disappointing Positive: Good decor Negative: The jacuzzi was out of order, and we were only informed on arrival. Some of the owner’s belongings, including medication, were left in the bathroom cupboard. A camera overlooking the jacuzzi and living room made us uncomfortable. Our allocated parking space was blocked by a caravan. Overall, very disappointing for the price, especially given the misleading jacuzzi listing.

Lovely place to be Positive: Breathtaking and spacious …everything was in order Negative: Aircon was not working 🥹

Positive: The apartment is very clean and convenient when traveling as a family .
