Will definitely book there again. Positive: It’s very big a specious, the decor was beautiful and it was close to everywhere.

A great place to stay and all round worth it especially when comparing hotel prices Positive: Great location, space, big terrace, jacuzzi, comfortable, aircon. They also provided shampoo and shower gel. I would definitely recommend it but it needs a bit of detailing. We felt very comfortable however. Negative: I thought it was odd not to provide towels for the jacuzzi and sunbathing. It would be good to have some loungers to sunbathe. I felt there was a lack of attention to detail. Messy kitchen drawers etc. I also felt a R1000 for a small mid week clean was money making when we know how much it costs for a domestic. Also be aware of the extra R350 per day to heat the jacuzzi.

The state of the apartment made it a negative experience. Positive: Beautiful apartment in an amazing location and views! Close to everything we needed. Negative: the cleaning was far below standard and shocking in some areas! Not managed well. We had to request for a cleaner to come and clean the apartment as soon as we arrived. Kitchen air fryer was dirty with food from a previously cooked meal. The cooker hob was covered in grease, looked like someone had made breakfast in the morning and no-one came to clean before we checked in!
