Positive: Location. Cleanliness. Negative: Main end suit shower drain seemed to be blocked. Water was standing in the shower.

Positive: The place is near the mall and it is surrounded by various restaurants the place is so clean Negative: The passage that lead to our apartment was leaking on the ceiling

Excellent apartment , highly recommended Positive: Comfortable apartment with stunning view location in a superb and safe location .

We had a great staycation Positive: Clean, easily accessible and nice views Negative: The pillows were not comfortable, also the towels were not changed we used same towel for the duration of our stay. Other than that everything was fine

Extremely disappointing apartment. Positive: The location is excellent in an upmarket complex. Views are good. Negative: Mafadi who manage the unit are incompetent. No working safe, substandard linen and lumpy old bedding, basic furniture, sofa was covered with a blanket to hide wear and tear,mismatched crockery and cutlery. Not worth the cost. Definitely NOT opulent as advertised. Better managed apartments in the same building by other agents. Music from the street will keep you up all night even though you’re on the 25th floor.
