Our stay was pleasant and comfortable
Positive: Location and views
Negative: Not enough soaps, coffee, sugar - basic necessities. Asked for replenishment. No you can’t have this, you can’t have that etc. disappointing considering the total cost.

I spent my entire holiday trying to get rid of the roach could not eat in this place

A spray was done but unable to get rid of the roach a respray was then applied still with no success.

Happy and this is my second time booked at OCEANS.
Positive: It was ok and smooth process. Just i got there much earlier than my check in time and if I was allowed to collect the key earlier it would be even better
Negative: There is no chairs/table at the. Else it would be so eanoy seeing the sun rise.
