Extremely disappointing apartment.
Positive: The location is excellent in an upmarket complex. Views are good.
Negative: Mafadi who manage the unit are incompetent. No working safe, substandard linen and lumpy old bedding, basic furniture, sofa was covered with a blanket to hide wear and tear,mismatched crockery and cutlery. Not worth the cost. Definitely NOT opulent as advertised. Better managed apartments in the same building by other agents. Music from the street will keep you up all night even though you’re on the 25th floor.
