Luxury 1 Bedroom Apartment in Bellagio, uMhlanga

Good stay with a few issues to be improved. Positive: *The pool area and gym were neat and tidy. *The service from AB and Philane was fantastic, we immediately felt at home because of their warm welcome and excellent customer service. *they were very generous with the coffee capsules. *The place had everything we needed with a stunning TV Negative: *Air-conditioner wasn't working well *small roaches were present every now and then in the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. It wasn't too too bad but they were there. *The view outside wasn't great as construction was taking place understandably. *The shower would flood it doesnt drain out fast enough. *the bedroom decorative pillows were dirty, the rest of the bedding was clean.

Bed was comfy, shower was amazing, all necessary factilties were available. Very nice and modern Positive: Collection of keys were super easy. Just went to the front desk and the kind gentleman was able to walk me through the process. Philane even helped me with my bags to my room Negative: As clean as the room was I did find a few baby cockroaches around in the backroom and kitchen.

A great apartment! Positive: Excellent service from the security staff made the stay smooth and welcoming. The room was quiete, spotless, the location ideal, and the amenities—including the pool and gym—were impressive. Overall, a great experience. Negative: please add DSTV
