Bellagio Umhlanga 1-Bedroom Accommodation

It was good overall. Positive: The property is good however there is construction across the road which is noisy. Negative: The unit had multiple none working appliances

Positive: Loved the view and staff were very professional and kind. Definitely coming back Negative: Pillows had fungi stains, dish cloth also needs bleach. Sofa must be changed and it's pillow

Nice peaceful stay Positive: The property was nestled in a quiet and serene place. Enjoyed the beautiful views and pop of animals when driving through. Negative: When we checked in we were just given the key and told where to go. No one mentioned anything about heated floors. The first night was very cold. Not very responsive on their watsapp chat. Breakfast was brought earlier than we wanted on Saturday because they had a function in the function room. The next day which was Sunday when we had the breakfast in the function room, the staff was rather busy and at some point we looked for them because we wanted something and no one was around to assist. There’s also a huge speed bump in the property , if you drive a low car…. It would be a problem.

Positive: Security was really nice especially day shift guard, location was on point, comfort and safe Negative: Cockroaches all over at night

Positive: Everything Negative: Nothing
