I booked for place and paid money in full and nobody contacted me until I call the company asking how will I enter place Positive: Poor management poor staff I paid to place but never occupied the place I had to sleep in the car.i called everyone including managers they kept dropping calls and switched off phones while I was stranded but paid for place Negative: Poor managing company poor customer care

Do not recommend. Positive: Nothing. Service is terrible and staff are very inconsiderate. You will only get a refund if you dead - Negative: Everything

Beautiful and clean Positive: Clean and safe,swimming pool also gym Negative: cleaning our rooms while we paid money for cleaning

Positive: The setup and facilities like the gym and the location in Umhlanga was good. The security on site at reception was extremely helpful and would recommend this unit. We'll be back.
