Positive: The place was good it was the way we saw it and more. Negative: The way it looks and its comfort and a beautiful furniture up to a good standard.

Our stay was safe and pleasant Positive: Minimal yet cheek Negative: There was a distinct smell in the living area , not sure where it came from .

Positive: The guards were very welcoming and helpful. They were patient with explaining and helpful with way around property. The location of the property is ideal and accessible to various places of interest. Negative: The rooms were not properly cleaned , the bathrooms especially had dust , soap and previous guest hair. The cushions , sofas , dining chairs and throws were smelling of previous use and no wash. The worst of all was seeing cockroaches in the kitchen - all over the surfaces (small ones and medium sized ones). The electricity units were not checked prior to our check-in and there had to be someone come in to top up . Not all information about the booking is revealed upfront - information about the refundable deposit came later as well as the fact that there will be a bank letter requirement. Information shared in the whatsapp group is not shared during time of booking - e.g. on paid for cleaning services. There were different people communicating directly on WhatsApp from different numbers and thus increasing risk of being unsure if its still the same property.
