Positive: Nice place Negative: Place needs to be fumigated

Beautiful place but unpleasant rodents Positive: The views were beautiful and so is the place. The rooms are a decent size. The equipment inside the apartment was working and fixed if it wasn't. Mr Nkwanyana the security was helpful upon checking in. Negative: The bed linen didn't seem clean when we arrived specifically the bed pillows. They apparently fumigated the apartment some days before we checked in but it was very disappointing to find cockroaches all over the apartment including the bedrooms and there was no doom provided. We had to buy doom and We were spraying rodents every day throughout our stay which was very unpleasant. This is the main thing that ruined our stay honestly, and we informed the host upon arrival but nothing was done. The mop we were provided was also dirty and broken and we reported it but nothing was done about it. The roaches were even in the Nespresso machine, just disappointing. How does one have a relaxing stay and enjoyable one when you have to constantly be spraying cockroaches every day through your entire stay, Upon checking out the security was not helpful with our needs, when we checked in the security offered us a trolley to bring our belongings to the apartment but the day we checked out the security on duty was unhelpful and didn't even care and told us that it wasn't his duty. Perhaps there needs to be a receptionist or a porter to help guests. We had to carry everything manually up and down the car which took us almost an hour.

Very very disappointing indeed, please stay away. Positive: Good location Negative: Cockroaches everywhere. Once you start eating your food the cockroaches come out there are loads of them. Very uncomfortable. On arrival a demand was made to pay R2000 which I did. I was told I would get my deposit back within 10 days of checking out. Sadly this has not happened despite my efforts to communicate. Now the property are ignoring my messages.

Bad Positive: Nothing Negative: I had a very bad experience, we just given one toilet paper, by kitchen lot of cockroaches, as if that was enough I was scammed 2000 for deposit . The worst experience ever…..
