Negative: I am extremely disappointed with Bellagio’s procedures. They practically put guests in a difficult position after receiving payment. At the time of check-in, we are required to pay the full amount immediately in cash, while the security deposit is also significantly higher than the deposit normally required for a property in Cape Town. What is even more concerning is that they retain the security deposit for up to 10 days, despite having the property inspection report completed on the same day, before the arrival of the next guest. In my view, a maximum period of 48 to 72 hours would be reasonable for the refund of the deposit. If Bellagio intends to retain the deposit for 10 days, the guest should be clearly informed of this policy, including all its terms and conditions, before making the payment. Furthermore, during those 10 days, the guest’s money remains in their possession without any compensation or interest. This raises concerns about why the full terms of the deposit arrangement are not clearly disclosed before payment is made. In my 10 years of travelling around the world, this is one of the worst procedures I have ever experienced from a hospitality provider. I believe transparency and clear communication regarding deposits and refund timelines should be a basic standard when dealing with customers.

Good Negative: Car packing, it was a struggle parking next to the pillar. Also we struggled to open the gate using the access card because of where our parking was located.

The stay was okay, but the couch must be changed it's old,tired and dirty,there's no dinning table Positive: No breakfast Negative: The photos of the property included a dining table which wasn't there

Not good hosts at all Positive: I liked the location only Negative: There was no dining table and chairs like in the picture, the chair outside was broken and the sheets gave my family a rash. The electricity also kept tripping. The host also did not attend to any of our problems.
