Not much to say, was not informed of the damage deposit prior to booking , only after. The WiFi connection was not worki Positive: Security measures were spot on and great Negative: There was no WiFi the full duration of my stay.

Terrible, it’s a nightmare to get refund back. When I asked when it’ll be processed Iwas blocked in WhatsApp by host. Positive: The security guards were so friendly, Umhlanga is a new place to visit and balcony was spacious. Negative: OMW! What an experience, property was fine but lots of broke stuff and unclean and WiFi issues. I spent it in WhatsApp the entire 3 days communicating what I had issues with and host didn’t do much to fix it I had to force that to solve certain things like WiFi I told them they should give me neighbours login details as mine was off and after spending hours resetting it, it didn’t budge. They then told me to wait till tomorrow for service provider and in the interim I was left to use my data till I forcibly requested neighbours logins. The host is so rude, Tshidi and Zayna. Upon leaving I asked for timelines when my refund will be done and they just went around in circles. I was kicked out of group as soon as I left and when I was chasing for refund I was blocked till now nothing received this being the deposit paid. They use the deposit as a money grab for the already broke items. Luckily I took a video of everything. Not a pleasant experience at all, instead of checking in and enjoying myself I had to spend time taking videos of all the broken stuff in fear of my deposit being kept. Guys, don’t do it! The hosts are horrible and management is worst. They are lots of other alternatives, never again!!!

Beautiful place and a marvelous stay. Loved it... Positive: Very beautiful apartment, building closer to a lot of amenities. Great views and bedrooms clean with comfy beds. Will definitely recommend it. Negative: Extra costs revealed after the booking, 7 - 10 days of processing the refund.
