Positive: Overall, a lovely property, but there are some important areas that need improvement. The property itself is beautiful, comfortable and in a great location. It is conveniently close to the mall, restaurants and the beach, which made getting around very easy. However, there were a few things about our four-night stay that I was not happy with. Firstly, only two towels and two rolls of toilet paper were provided for our entire four-night stay. We therefore had to use the same towels throughout our stay. For a property accommodating guests for several nights, I feel that basic necessities should either be provided in sufficient quantities or there should be clear information beforehand about what guests are expected to bring. Secondly, I found the information regarding the R800 cleaning fee unclear. This cost only became apparent after the booking had been made, which felt like an unexpected additional expense. I also struggle to understand the purpose of charging such a high cleaning fee after guests have left, while there is no provision for basic cleaning during the guest’s stay. If guests are staying for four nights, there should at least be an option to maintain basic cleanliness during the stay, especially when cleaning products or fresh linen are not provided. Most importantly, I don’t think guests should be expected to sleep in the same sheets for four nights without any option for a linen change. I understand that this is a self-catering/holiday accommodation and that guests are responsible for keeping the property reasonably tidy, but there should still be some balance between the property’s expectations and the comfort of the guests. The property has a lot of potential and the location is excellent, but I believe the guest experience could be significantly improved by being more transparent about additional costs, providing adequate basic supplies, and offering reasonable options for longer stays.

Positive: The property location was proper. Loved the security gents. Negative: The property wasn't cleaned enough or perhaps at all. There were a lot of hair strands all over the apartment. Worse in the shower and bedroom in the blankets. Im not sure if they ready for me or not.

We had a good stay, loved the location within walking distance to Ocean, had necessary amenities. They need to sort out Positive: Location, cleanliness, design, availability of key equipment Negative: It had cockroaches & the noise from the construction outside
