Sea View Beachfront Apartment

Great location, but beware of monkeys!!! Positive: Stunning location close to the beach with lovely seaview Negative: The photos of the unit have an outside braai on the patio. There is no braai or Webber. The patio furniture is also nothing like the photos, only 2 old chairs, no table outside. Pots and pans very limited, no extention in the main bedroom for the aircon. Monkeys in the complex is a huge problem. During the day you cannot sit outside on the patio. And while you are inside the unit, you cannot leave the sliding door open. They enter and are very aggressive. Pest control will have to take action. For 2 whole days we could not use the small access gate to the beach. We had to drive to the beach. The keylock was not working. On the 3rd day it was open, but in such a way that anyone from the street could enter the Mallorca complex, no security.

Positive: The place is very quiet and peaceful, giving you exactly what you want from a relaxing vacation. Shopping centres are conveniently located nearby, and the beach is never too crowded, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy your holiday. Negative: They took more time than usual to refund holding deposit

Comfortable, central and secure.

Positive: Everything Negative: Parking

Wonderful, central to everything and can’t wait to come back Positive: The view is amazing. It’s modern and clean. Negative: Everything was perfect
