I guess, for the price I paid for the apartment. I was not supposed to have high expectations😞
Positive: Location, was perfect!
Modern furniture and very spacious
Negative: There were roaches everywhere!
Made our stay very uncomfortable..
Made me question why they had such high cleaning fee if they could not even do pest management. And i suggest they get extractor fans for bathrooms, as you enter the apartment, there was that stufft/ mouldy smell.
And, when I areived one of the lights was just hangin ontop of sink( reported it, but was never fixed ungil I left)

Positive: I loved that the apartment was aesthetically pleasing and clean and neat
Negative: I did not like that there were unwelcomed bugs, especially in the kitchen. It ruined the whole experience as it was a very clean and neat place. Please fumigate

Beautiful apartment, but our stay was severely impacted by poor host support, a roach infestation.
Positive: The location was great. It was peaceful.
Negative: Our experience with the hosts was disappointing, as they were unresponsive and unhelpful during several issues we encountered throughout our stay.
Although the apartment appeared clean upon arrival, we soon discovered a significant cockroach infestation. We found dead roaches in the shower and live ones throughout the kitchen and sink area. Despite providing photographic evidence to the hosts, our concerns were ignored.
Additionally, the apartment was fitted with a prepaid electricity system. On the night of our arrival, the power unexpectedly went out, leaving us in complete darkness at approximately 2 a.m. Repeated attempts to contact the hosts were unsuccessful. Security personnel on-site advised us that there might be a prepaid meter within the apartment. After locating it, we discovered that the meter’s battery was dead, requiring us to search the apartment for a compatible replacement.
In these challenging conditions, we were forced to purchase electricity ourselves to restore power—an expense that has not been reimbursed to date. The following morning, the host’s only response was a brief apology. They later sent a new electricity voucher, but when we informed them that it had already been used, they insisted it had been loaded successfully despite our evidence to the contrary.
While the apartment itself is beautiful and well-located, the management company (Mafadi Air Reservations) has unfortunately reflected poorly on the property and its owner through their lack of professionalism and inadequate guest support.

Positive: Good location
Negative: We were told that cleaning services in R800 once off, when we enquired why price went up from R350 they said because of VAT increase. Staff is very rude and lacks customer service.
