I’d book the place again. Positive: Location, security, apartment Negative: Not much

Positive: View Negative: 1. The change of price as you are about to book the place. 2. The R2000 rand security fee which I dont have a problem of paying it, but the 7-14 days of refund is not working for me.

Loved the sunset on the beach,

Positive: The view Negative: Very disappointing stay at Sancta South Coast (Unit 69). The unit was not clean—stained sofas, dirty pillows, dusty fans, and dishes that smelled of stale food (we had to wash them before use). There was also a shower leak that was reported but never attended to, and no basic shower storage for toiletries. We encountered roaches, which is a serious hygiene concern. The outside area is extremely dark at night, making access difficult and unsafe. The pool is not freely accessible as expected—you need to book in advance, which was not clearly communicated. There is also no direct access to the beach. Overall, poor cleanliness, lack of maintenance, and inadequate communication made this a frustrating experience.
