Complaint about unresolved refund. Positive: Everything about the venue.was 100%. Negative: 1.Contact person, Nozipho has sinxe gone underground and does not answer my calls. I need an explanation as to why R300 was deducted from the Security fee of R2000 that I paid when making the booking. I got a change of R1700. Why? I have been trying to contact her but no luck. Her contact number is 0648133738. Hoping this will be resolved urgently. 2.Dishes also were too limited to 2 people. We had to wash dishes every now and then. Please increase number eg, plates and pots. Thanks.

Positive: Location was great. Apartment was clean Negative: Weird smell in it - not sure it if was paint or an old gym sock

No one came to fix the geyser issue Negative: When we got there the unit was in complete darkness. Lights were not turning on, had to look for the mainswitch and turn it on. DB switch kept tripping and turning off, we told the hosts and we were out that day hoping someone will come while we’re away to fix it but they never did. We ended up turning off the geyser. No hot water for half of our stay there

Easy, comfortable stay — would recommend Positive: Well serviced with friendly staff/security on site. Highly responsive support team available via WhatsApp, ensuring every request was handled promptly and efficiently. The scenery is beautiful, and the apartment is stylish and thoughtfully designed, offering everything you may need. It’s the little touches that make the stay especially comfortable. The gym is also very well equipped. Well deserved 10 out of 10. Negative: Honestly, there was very little not to like.
