Positive: Excellent location and communication.
Negative: We had no electricity from midnight till 10am because the units were depleted and the Operations Manager had to provide a voucher to be reconnected. We were provided with one set of towels for the three days and the towels were old and stained. We had to buy a set of towels. The cleaners were outside our door at 9am on our day of departure.

Will use again, hopefully noise was from guests, not owners??
Positive: Security personal top class...excellent
Negative: Very noisy people both sides ,well after 10pm also, no music just very load, the design of building makes noise elevated from rooms
