Negative: Laundry not working as expected. Only 1 washing machine and tumble drier does not work

Positive: Holding deposit was charged for the stay,which was never refunded. Continuous messages and calls are being ignored and blocked. Disappointing experience!

Complaint about unresolved refund.
Positive: Everything about the venue.was 100%.
Negative: 1.Contact person, Nozipho has sinxe gone underground and does not answer my calls. I need an explanation as to why R300 was deducted from the Security fee of R2000 that I paid when making the booking. I got a change of R1700. Why?
I have been trying to contact her but no luck.

Hoping this will be resolved urgently.
2.Dishes also were too limited to 2 people. We had to wash dishes every now and then. Please increase number eg, plates and pots.
