Terrible
Negative: Uncomfortable bed. Wind was whistling through windows all night. No black out curtains in room. Shower door leaked.

You need to be transparent on bookings that you will be changing security money when we request n extra day it was first time you charge me R2000 extra and it was my travelling allowance I had to ask for an assistance and even now I’m still waiting for that R2000 you promised to transfer back when I’m checking out but still have not received it yet I’m so disappointed in you
