Luxury 2 Bedroom Oceans Apartment in Umhlanga

Positive: The apartment has a lot going for it at first glance. The location is excellent and the interior is modern, clean, and comfortable. Negative: Don’t be fooled by the fact that it’s situated on the 25th floor, the height does absolutely nothing to shield you from the noise below. From around 21:00 to 02:00, there is constant disturbance from cars leaving nearby restaurants, and from as early as 05:00, taxi hooting becomes clearly audible. Sleep is consistently disrupted. The air conditioner is so noisy that it’s practically unusable, and without proper block-out curtains, the early morning light just makes already restless nights even worse. There is also a stated quiet time from 22:00 to 08:00, but ironically, most of the noise occurs during this exact period and comes from outside, making the rule ineffective. While the apartment looks great and is well-located, the noise levels make it unsuitable for anyone looking for a peaceful and restful stay.

Terrible Negative: Uncomfortable bed. Wind was whistling through windows all night. No black out curtains in room. Shower door leaked.

You need to be transparent on bookings that you will be changing security money when we request n extra day it was first time you charge me R2000 extra and it was my travelling allowance I had to ask for an assistance and even now I’m still waiting for that R2000 you promised to transfer back when I’m checking out but still have not received it yet I’m so disappointed in you
