Luxury 2 Bedroom Oceans Apartment in Umhlanga

Place was great and staff and housekeeping 🙌 Positive: Big space, housekeeping lady was great. The place is staning & Deco was great and the place has some warmth I appreciate the 1 hr early check-in Kitchen has everything we needed as we were travelling with the child. Negative: Main bedroom old tv stand requirements maintenance. We always pulled the wood when removing our charger. Limited tea staff - x4 sugars for x3 people didn’t make sense. Curtain shower on the main bedroom is not hygienic. Suggestion - install shower easy to clean. Toilet doesn’t have mat to put foot when using the toilet. Hanging chair has rusted which becomes a safety hazard. The property is advertised with the pool but weren’t having access to it. This was very disappointing. The aircon couldn’t to be increased above 26 degrees. And in the evening was a bit cold with a child.

Great Positive: Nicely furnished, comfortable, clean and well situated apartment with stunning view! It actually offers one of the best views of the whole building! Negative: I received a bit late the instructions on how to reach the property. For the future guests it is the entry of Radisson hotel, also the parking.

Positive: The entire ambiance. Negative: The noise in the morning. Ta I blowing hooter.

Our overall stay was pretty good. Positive: The stunning ocean and city views, walking distance to many amenities Negative: We were little disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance of the apartment, as it was not up to standard. Upon arrival, we noticed: Pieces of long hair on the floor. The throw in the main bedroom had visible red marks (uncertain if blood or nail polish), which made us uncomfortable to use it. The toilet paper provided was of very low quality. The trap door in the main bathroom was left open with an exposed electric wire hanging. In addition, drops of water were dripping from the trap door onto our backs while seated on the toilet.
