Beachfront Retreat 3 Bedroom On Point Penthouse | Private Pool

It was disappointing. Positive: I like how the property looked overall, the fact that everything was so close and safe. Negative: The air conditioning did not work , we were told it does however it didn’t. The lounge one kept tripping both rooms didn’t work. We asked the host and no reply. Secondly how dirty the property was , the balcony had bird poop stained and could see it was not cleaned. The sofas had gecko feces , as well as throughout the lounge. Thirdly our gate remote didn’t work , to get in the property we had to wait for the guard. Checking out we couldn’t get out bc we had to leave the gate remote inside the property. I had requested 3 parking bays and was told it was communicated only to get there to have no parking for the 3rd car because apparently our visitor parking had been taken and they’ll advise when we can park there. It was not safe to park the vehicle out on the road and we had no assistance with that.

My stay was good, they just need to fix the roaches thing Positive: I liked that everyone has their own bathroom and a private pool, and the whole place as a whole is beautiful Negative: They had roaches, big ones, not enough essentials for people staying there for a week
