Beautifully located apartment with great potential, but poor communication and outdated furnishings Positive: The flat is beautiful and very well located — close to restaurants, nearby malls, and convenient highway off-ramps. The secure parking and on-site facilities add to the overall comfort and peace of mind Negative: The communication process was very frustrating. I was added to multiple WhatsApp groups and contacted by several different people, but the information was conflicting and confusing. Despite having a high-end app for information and access, it did not function properly — key lock points that were meant to activate after deposit payments or certain dates did not work, and important details were only shared last minute. The staff appeared disorganized and inconsistent, which added to the frustration. In terms of the property itself, the furniture is outdated and the mattresses are in very poor condition. There were no extra toiletries provided, and it was unclear whether guests were expected to bring their own, especially given the app’s failure to clarify this. Parking arrangements were also confusing, with no clear communication about the number of spaces available
