Bad
Positive: Nothing, management knew that the apartment was not fit to accommodate people, but they continued to book us in.
Management was made aware that the apartment has mould and smells bad by housekeeping about a month ago, and a previous guest also wrote a terrible review about this apartment but we were booked in regardless.
Negative: we were welcomed by a terrible smell and our room had mould in the main bedroom cupboards.
This issue was reported to our host and unfortunately nothing was done, they let us leave in that hazardous space with mould and bad smell after requesting to be moved into a different apartment, our lives were put at risk and no accountability at all.

Not good
Positive: The location was objectively really good.
Negative: - The check in process is a mess. You have to go to a third party website to do a pre-check! Which still ends up not being enough because they then require you to send scans of your ID’s for all guests mot just the person booking. You won’t receive check in or checkout instructions until you remind Mafadi-air that you don’t actually have any details after ALL OF THAT ADMIN.
- Then theres the smell!!!!!! Good Lord! Everything smells dusty, the carpet, the couch, the bedding! I sneezed for hours and landed up sleeping with the door and windows open in the freezing cold overnight temperatures the last few days. To have that experience after they have already charged a R700 cleaning fee is daylight scamming! That unit was mot clean!
- They tell you to sign in at security after walking through the building reception 😂. There is no reception and the security will mot have any idea how to help you !!!
- The rental agency is clearly out of touch or out of depth. Not a good experience and they clearly have not physically been to the property in a long time.

Positive: Central safe clean. Will definitely return.
Negative: The iron, drier, ironing board needs replacing. The carpet in the lounge needs to be washed or replaced. The curtains meed to be rehung.
