Negative: The bathroom didn't have a window. The water is leaking we have to mop now and then. The security guards would always ask us for money.

Bathroom leaking
Positive: The security guard was fantastic and welcomed us. They made us feel at ease.
Negative: Firstly, the apartment was flooded we had to mop almost every hour which was inconvenient. The geyser and bathroom taps and ceiling was leaking. The wall in the bathroom is rotten and keeps leaking. The passage is also leaking.

Positive: I liked the fact that the apartment was clean and neat.
Negative: I did not like that the linen and towels were not changed in all the days of my stay. There were no hotel staff to direct or notify us on the process of what should be done concerning the waste bins and the simple things that should have our stay alot better.
