Negative: Braai area and swimming pool was far from the rooms,bedroom air-conditioned was not working and I didn't like gas braai I was expecting coal braai stand

Extremely disappointed with my stay. Negative: Extremely disappointed with my stay. The beds were as hard as rock and completely uncomfortable — I genuinely don’t understand how guests are expected to have a pleasant holiday with beds like that. In addition, there were cockroaches in the apartment, including some dead ones that had clearly not been cleaned up. The air conditioner in the bedroom also did not work, making the stay even more uncomfortable. Overall, this unit was not value for money. We will not be returning, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Average Positive: The place was beautiful, peaceful and a good space for kids to play. Negative: The main bed has a squeaky noise..Not enough cutlery and crockery for a family of 4..Had to wait for someone to finish eating to wash the bowl and use. The carpet in the lounge was very dirty. Also the bath tub does not hold water, the stopper does not work so we could not relax. If these problems are resolved then i would definitely book again.
